Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible with our cancellation terms. Please read our policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellation Timeline & Refunds
• 30 days or more before the event – You may cancel your booking and receive a refund, subject to a 10% administration fee.
• Between 30 days and 14 days before the event – You may cancel your booking and receive a 50% refund, subject to a 10% administration fee.
• Less than 14 days before the event – Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refund.
2. Date & Time Changes
We will make every effort to accommodate requests to change the date or time of your booking. However, changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Please note that no date or time changes can be made within 14 days of the event.
3. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost. To arrange this, please notify us in writing with the new attendee’s details no later than 2 days before the event.
4. Administration Fee
All cancellations are subject to a 10% administration fee. This fee covers the costs we incur when processing cancellations.
5. How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please contact us in writing at bookings@mumbles-pier.co.uk . Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 - 14 working days.
6. Event Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone the event, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a rescheduled date.
