‘Visit the North Pole at Mumbles Pier’

The North Pole will be arriving at Mumbles Pier this Christmas. This year our Family Christmas Events are getting bigger and better then ever before! Here is a sneak peak at whats to come this Christmas!

Visit Father Christmas and Mrs Claus at his Grotto

Our Christmas Grotto Opens every Saturday and Sunday from the 17th November and is an experience your child will remember for many Christmas’ to come. Each child will have the chance to complete their own letter with the help of the elves, before stepping into the North Pole to enjoy a theatrical experience led by Mrs Claus herself! After which they will be able to visit Father Christmas himself in his Grotto before (and only if they’re good) being given a golden key to go to the Elves Toyshop where they will be able to choose any gift they desire!

Ticket Price: £8.95 per child (adults do not require a ticket for our Grotto Experience)

Dates: Every Saturday and Sunday until Christmas from the 17th November.

Santa’s Grotto Quiet Hour

At Mumbles Pier we want to ensure that all children can enjoy a trip to Santa’s Grotto. For many children diagnosed with Autism or other additional needs, a trip to Santa’s Grotto can be a frightening mix of large crowds and loud noises. Therefore, for the second year running we will be running Santa’s Grotto Quiet Hour – this will be an hour set aside in the morning before the crowds come in where we will be turning down the music, and lights to make Santa’s Grotto more enjoyable and less distressing, so all children can enjoy the Christmas magic. We will be selling very limited numbers of tickets for these hours so pre-booking is essential.

Ticket Price: £8.95 per child

Dates: SOLD OUT 15th and 16th December 9am – 10am SOLD OUT

Please check back for more dates coming soon.
