The Power of The Gower Event

*Offers apply for all table bookings between 5.30pm and 8.50pm on Friday 19th July 2019.   Last drinks order at 9pm. Last table booking is at 8.50pm. Our signature dishes are Deep Fried Cockles, Salt & Pepper Prawns and Seafood Medley.

Awesome Hour

*PLEASE NOTE – we have updated our T&C’s for this event. By purchasing a ticket and/or holding and/or being in possession of a Ticket or Tickets, the holder of the Ticket (“Ticket holder”, “you”, “your”) agrees to and is bound by these terms and conditions (“Ticketing Terms”).

The Awesome Hour ticket is for gameplay only between 9am & 10am.

No prize tickets are provided at this event and no prizes can be won.

A prize is given out to each ticket holder at the end of the session.

Cranes are not included in this session.

2p pushers are not included in the session and will require additional payment. We will however provide £3 worth of 2p’s for each Awesome Hour ticket purchased. Any other 2p’s after this must be purchased by the ticket holder.

Refreshments are not included in the ticket price. You can purchase refreshments in the Beach Hut Café.

The prize desk is closed during this session.

Paws for Thought Charity Dog Walk

SAFETY RULES:

All participants must conform to the following rules, to participate:

  • All dogs must be leashed on the walk.
  • Leashes should not be any longer than 6 feet in length.
  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Dogs known to be aggressive with other dogs or people should not be brought to the walk.
  • All walkers must have signed “Waiver of Liability” to participate – you will be asked to sign a copy of this on the day of the event.

The Greatest Showman Dance Workshop

Out professionally trained dance teachers will teach the children throughout the hour session however adults are asked to stay to supervise children.

We ask that all children wear suitable footwear (e.g. trainers and not flip-flops).

Please bring a drink for your child as we will be learning lots of dance moves.  We recommend non fizzy drinks.

Mumbles Pier / Magical Dance Parties shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any person taking part unless it is clearly the promoters negligence.

Name The Mumbles Pier Bunny

Entry is free via our Facebook page. You need to LIKE the Mumbles Pier page and give the bunny a name to enter.

One lucky person will be chosen at random.

Winner will be announced on Good Friday 19th April 2019.

Entries close at 23:59 on Thursday 18th April 2019.

Prize is the toy Giant Bunny pictured which is also on display in our Beach Hut Café plus a family meal for 4 in our Beach Hut Café. This is 2 adult main meals and 2 children’s meals. Drinks are not included in this prize.

No cash alternative will be given.

Our Bunny is on display in our Beach Hut Café and we endeavour to take extra good care of it whilst he is on display. However, we cannot take responsibility of members of the public interaction with the bunny.

Breakfast with Santa

Doors open at 10.00am.

Although we try to accommodate all our guests only those tickets which have been booked together will be guaranteed seating together. If you wish to sit with another booking please contact the events team as soon as possible with your ticket reference.

No drinks are included in the ticket price with these being made available to purchase on the day of the event. Breakfast includes a Full English Breakfast or a Vegetarian Option. For any special dietary requirements please contact the events team as soon as possible by emailing bookings@mumbles-pier.co.ukor call 01792 365206 with your ticket reference and Name on booking.

To ensure all children have the most magical experience possible we have asked for details about your child, this information will be used by the Elves and Santa during your child’s visit if you do not wish for the Elves and Santa to know any further information please do not answer the questions at the time of booking.

To ensure your child has a truly personalised visit please ensure all details are correct and completed, once submitted we may not be able to change any of your child’s details.

GameZ Card T&C’s

Car park is redeemable with every Top up only (no cash value up to £2 only)

Sandcastle Competition Rules and T&C’s

  • Each plot is £5 for the competition and you may have as many team members as you wish.
  • Mumbles Pier reserve the right to cancel the event due to inclement weather.
  • The judges ’decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into concerning this decision.
  • Mumbles Pier are responsible for marking out the areas for each team to build their sandcastle within.
  • It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date or the venue at any time prior to the event date.
  • Parents, adults and guardians must supervise children at all times.
  • Mumbles Pier provide members of staff to monitor the event and access the first aid facilities.  Our staff are not provided to supervise your children.
  • If the weather is hot then Mumbles Pier staff will provide water for the team members taking part in the competition.
  • It is your own responsibility to adhere to sun care conditions. Please make sure you cover up and wear sunscreen.
  • By entering a Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Rules or any Specific Rules or any other terms and conditions that apply to any Competition. Furthermore, entrants who are rude, abusive or deemed otherwise unsuitable by the Promoter will be excluded from the relevant Competition.
  • The Promoter shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering, or being unable to enter, any Competition or as a result of accepting any Competition prize. Neither shall it be held responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in a Competition or getting to and from Mumbles Pier. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  • Competition winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity or any other form of promotional activity. The Promoter reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their photograph and any recordings of them (be it audio or visual) in any publicity or promotion. All Competition entrants agree to their name and home town being published on-air and elsewhere. Entrants agree to their participation being broadcast, recorded, repeated and otherwise used for any reason by the Promoter without being entitled to any payment for such use. The Competition winner may be required by the Promoter to participate in a photo, video and/or film session and the winner hereby acknowledges that the Promoter has the right to use such photos, videos or films in any medium and in any reasonable manner for any purpose as it may see fit.

Children’s Colouring Competition

Please ask your server when purchasing your food for a colouring in sheet/entry form.

Monthly Prize is a family meal for 4 people. 2 adult meals and 2 children’s meal to be taken in either Beach Hut Café or Copperfish Restaurant at Mumbles Pier.

No drinks are included in this prize.

Christmas Grotto

Children under 1 year accompanying an older child do not require a ticket to the grotto unless you wish them to have a present from the elves toyshop. Adults do not require a ticket to this event. Bundle Tickets are redeemable in the Grotto where you will be provided with vouchers that can be used for that day in our Copperfish Restaurant if you wish to pre-book a table please contact our event planners on 01792 365200 or email bookings@mumbles-pier.co.uk.

Tea Party

Adults are not guaranteed seating at this event – due to the nature of this event seats are for children at the Tea Party Only. For any special dietary requirements please contact the events team as soon as possible by emailing bookings@mumbles-pier.co.ukor call 01792 365206 with your ticket reference and Name on booking. Any children attending the tea party will get to visit Santa in his grotto after the Elf Disco. They will also receive a gift from the elves toyshop. Doors open for this event at 4.30pm entrance will not be permitted before then. Food and drink supplied at the Tea Party is for paying children only however our Café will be serving a limited selection of food and drink which available for purchase on the evening.

It’s a Tots Tea Party

Adults are not guaranteed seating at this event – due to the nature of this event seats are for children at the Tea Party Only. For any special dietary requirements please contact the events team as soon as possible by emailing bookings@mumbles-pier.co.ukor call 01792 365206 with your ticket reference and Name on booking. Any children attending the tea party will get to visit Santa in his grotto. They will also receive a gift from the elves toyshop. Doors open for this event at 1.45pm entrance will not be permitted before then. Food and drink supplied at the Tea Party is for paying children only.

 Refunds

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for tickets purchased. To make changes to a booking please contact 01792 365206 or email bookings@mumbles-pier.co.uk. Although we do endeavour to cater for all requests made unfortunately we may not be able to cater for all requests.

Competition Rules

Where a Competition has a closing date and/or time, all entries must be received before such date and/or time. Late entries will not be taken into consideration in the selection of a winner.

By entering a Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Rules or any Specific Rules or any other terms and conditions that apply to any Competition. Furthermore, entrants who are rude, abusive or deemed otherwise unsuitable by the Promoter will be excluded from the relevant Competition.

Ticket holders shall be bound by (a) these Rules, (b) any Specific Rules that apply, (c) any terms and conditions set out on the event tickets and (d) the rules and regulations of the particular venue (as applicable).

All Competition prizes are subject to availability.

All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other expenses, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize-winner.

No Competition prize may be transferred or assigned to any other person and no cash alternative or alternative prize is available. In the event of the advertised Competition prize being unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

Competition prizes are awarded at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.

The Promoter shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering, or being unable to enter, any Competition or as a result of accepting any Competition prize. Entrants agree to keep confidential any information of whatsoever nature regarding Ameco Amusement Ltd and their respective businesses, personnel, agents, sponsors and event promoters received by entrants as a result of winning or participating in any Competition.

Each Competition (including these Rules, any Specific Rules and all matters incidental thereto) shall be governed by English law and all parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
